Alto Restaurant, which situated at the 20th floor of Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, introduced a new concept for guests who want to enjoy brunch last March. The Italian restaurant now offers an all new a la carte menu of Italian cuisine created by Executive Chef Marco Riva and his team. Previously, the restaurant embraces a semi-buffet concept, in which the guests can only select two dishes from the menu. Now the restaurant wants to provide more freedom and flexibility so the guests can choose wide-range of cuisines according to their likings.
“After two months of research and carefully developing the new menu, we are ready to serve it to our guests with the promise of an exciting new dining experience that also manages to retain the essence of what has made Alto so popular,” says Marco Riva.
Alto Restaurant sets Eggs Benedict E Tartufo and Alto Wagyu Burger to be the highlights of the main course menu, as well as Toast Francese and Fluffy Vanilla Pancakes for the dessert menu. Besides scrumptious dishes, the guests can also pick and mix Campari based cocktails at the new Campari Corner placed at the center of the restaurant.
Alto Restaurant also provides an all new Wine Trolley that features bold reds of the Old World to classics from across the New World. Brunch menu is available to order on every Sunday from 11:30 AM to 3 PM, with prices starting at Rp 250,000. The guests are welcome to choose between indoor seating and dining al fresco at Alto’s terrace.
