Japanese Peruvian restaurant, Henshin that situated at top three floors of The Westin Jakarta previously only open for dinner, now guests can enjoy Nikkei (Peruvian – Japanese) dishes for lunch while enjoying 360-degree view of Jakarta skyline in the daytime. Having opened its doors in August 2017, Henshin at The Westin Jakarta is known for being one of the first restaurants in Jakarta to serve Nikkei (Peruvian – Japanese) cuisine helmed by Peruvian Chef Hajime Kasuga and his team.
For lunch Henshin will serve a la carte menu and set menu crafted based on request. Four special crafted Peruvian – Japanese Bento catering to different dietary preferences inclusive of salad, selection of pickles, soup, chawanmushi with Nikkei touch and dessert of the day will be available for guests to order with prices starting at Rp 320,000++. Lunch at the restaurant will be available from 12 PM to 3 PM.
Henshin is situated at top three floors of The Westin Jakarta, on levels 67 – 69. This multi-level food and beverage destination – with direct access from the hotel lobby – offers guests different experiences in each level, with a bar & lounge on 67th floor, Nikkei Dining on level 68, and exclusive private dining rooms on level 69.
