Mercedes-Benz Indonesia Inaugurated its 10th Dealership in Greater Jakarta

PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia and PT Putra Borneo Nusantara Indah just inaugurated their new dealership, the 10th authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Greater Jakarta area. The Mercedes-Benz Nusantara is one of the biggest and caters consumers in the South Jakarta and East Jakarta areas. Located at the strategic area of Jalan MT Haryono Kav. 5, Tebet, South Jakarta, it features a 10,217 m2 building space and consisting of 5 main floors and four basement levels.

The Nusantara dealership has been certified according to the 3S standard (Sales, Service, Spare parts) by Mercedes-Benz, it also follows the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II Exclusive (MPS II Exclusive), as a benchmark for global customer experience, which is also equipped with the new Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI). MPS II Exclusive is the standard that focuses on a more elegant ambiance in the design of the showroom area, with proportional settings and harmonious color presentation.

Various facilities, from luxurious display areas, comfortable lounge and café to the modern outdoor terrace are among the facilities offered by Nusantara, all in the high-quality standards set by Mercedes-Benz. Highlights of the showroom include the vehicle's presentation areas, varying from luxury sedans on the 1st floor, SUVs on the 2nd floor with Dream Cars and Compact Cars on level 3. The Customer Services area consists of 2,903 m2 and includes 19 work bays with additionally 2 active reception bays to receive customer vehicles. For more convenience to the customer, a dedicated café and a car key drop-off service are available. In case of emergency, Nusantara offers a 24-hour vehicle pick-up service.
