During the holy month of Ramadhan, Plataran Venues & Dining is offering a series of special menus to be enjoyed at several Plataran outlets in Jakarta. A special Ramadan menu will be available during the fasting month from May 5, 2019 to June 4, 2019 in Plataran Dharmawangsa, Plataran Menteng, Patio Venue, and Teras Dharmawangsa. To celebrate the moment of togetherness, Plataran Venues & Dining has prepared free takjil, made different each day, and Plataran Catering service for breakfasting or gathering.
This year, a variety of new Middle Eastern inspired menus such as Al Hambra Lamb Curry and Kebuli Rice with King Prawns are created with the true taste of Plataran. Served in large portions, the special Ramadan menu from Plataran is presented to accompany the moment of togetherness. Plataran Venues & Dining prepares Takjil Corner with 7 kinds of traditional dishes which are served free as appetizers for fasting such as Bubur Kacang Ijo, Bubur Ketan Item, Biji salak, Bubur Sum-Sum Pandan, Bubur jali-Jali, Bubur Talas Ungu, Es Delima or Es Campur, and Puding Cantik. In addition to food, there is a fresh drink creation called Es Temon (Lemon and Sugar Cane) to quench and relieve the thirst during breakfasting. Plataran Catering services are also provided for guests who want to order special Ramadan menus to their own home, office, or other gathering places.
"For the creation of our special Ramadan menu this year, the Plataran team’s inspiration is from overseas travels which are then processed and applied to become our signature menus. In addition to the special Ramadan menu, Plataran Venues & Dining also presents a new set of menu in four outlets in Jakarta. In Plataran Dharmawangsa and Plataran Menteng there will be several Indonesian specialties that will be provided in early May such as Krupuk Ikan Gandum, Gurame Rambutan, Ayam Taliwang, Ikan Kapas, udang Sambal Durian, and Ayam Atjeh. There are also casual dining menus such as Chicken Cutlet Scramble, Chicken Kaarage Mustard, and Kue Berondong Hijau at Patio Venue and Sambal Goreng Kentang Ebi as well as Iga Bakar BBQ Sauce at Teras Dharmawangsa.
