To present the best of Turkish signature cuisines, two prominent chefs, Chef Umut Tabak and Chef Bilal Keser flew from Raffles Istanbul for the whole month of Ramadhan in Jakarta. Guests are served with stations from appetizer, mains, grilled and desserts - such as falafel and savory pie borek, tender lamb ouzi with peanuts and raisins-cooked exotic rice, shawarma, lamb & beef kofta and other grilled meats from the specialized station, as well as some meals from the buffet station. For the desserts, innovative variety for Turkish sweet pastry baklava is offered such as chocolate and green tea, each with rich peanuts and honey. The famous Turkish Ice Cream showman is also there to entertain and serve guests. After having meals, guests can head to the balcony to chill at the shisha lounge. There is also non-Turkish menu, such as Indonesian oxtail soup, Japanese sushi and sashimi, and Western desserts.
